An Architecturally designed 3 storey home with full size basement. A true luxury home close to 100 squares. The home has excellent presence on the street and grasp excellent views. A master design that incorporates the outdoor with the living areas.
We were responsible for the daily construction and site management since design stage till completion stage. Many challenges we faced including the construction of 255m2 of basement, 3 terraces and 2 balconies, fully suspended slabs, structural steel work, lift to access 3 stories, 10 wet areas and 2 Kitchens.
The home included luxury inclusions and quality workmanship such as Italian made lift, large size glass windows and doors, large porcelain tiles, metal spine staircases with quality hardwood steps, large void areas, large amount of glass balustrades and stainless steel handrails, gas log fire place, large walls with marble stones, marble bench tops throughout, huge amount of 2 pack cabinetries, quality engineered timber floors, and much more
