After the demolishing of the existing dwelling was completed, 2 two storey detached town houses custom designs were constructed to suit an irregular shape block of land. Weak soil that required a lot of blinding concrete and suspended slabs. A main Council concrete 300mm storm water pipe that runs along the side boundary and located under the Garage of the back unit where 8 meter was replaced by our plumber. Site access during construction and all underground service were carefully designed and planned to avoid causing any damage to the Council pipe. At the other side boundary, the majority of the 2 town houses were built on the boundary line and that required protection work and management of the process to eliminate any risk to the neighboring property.
