A custom design semi Georgian double storey home with attached double garage measuring in excess of 53 squares built on a corner block of land with 1.5m of fall. The front elevation was enhanced with a custom design front porch 6m high supported by rendered brick columns.The structure was designed as brick piers and strip footings for a suspended timber flooring elevated home. The combination of solid timber geometric designed stair cases, ceiling voids and floor split levels have given this home a rich classy feel. Also the combination of solid timber flooring and marble tiles have made it warm and modern.
